don't put SAN volumes in /etc/fstab if not really necessary.
Problems with only one VG oder lvol lead to root Filesystem beeing readonly.

If it happens:
  - During Boot enter Rescue Console
  - comment out all NON local Disks, or at least the one with the error.
  - boot
