don't put SAN volumes in /etc/fstab if not really necessary. Problems with only one VG oder lvol lead to root Filesystem beeing readonly.

If it happens:

1. During Boot enter Rescue Console
2. comment out all NON local Disks, or at least the one with the error.
3. boot
